Naturally gluten free, these flourless peanut butter cookies make the perfect anytime snack. If you’re a peanut butter lover, you definitely need these soft, rich chewy cookies in your life. Every time I have expanded my menu it has been due to my amazing customers’ requests.  I cannot say enough how successful these suggestions have been – blueberry, lemon & pumpkin scones, followed by a mini version of said scones; coffee cake followed by a mini version of said coffee cake, also known as mini bundts; and, most recently, gluten free cinnamon chip and pumpkin scones, followed by gluten free oversized peanut butter cookies. Well, I guess I am not done with my expansion.  The latest request has been for Christmas Cookies!

GLUTEN FREE SCONES

This past summer at the markets I was often asked if I sold gluten free scones.  I didn’t then but I do now! If you or anyone you know are GF, then these are for you.  Tender with a crisp crumbly outside overflowing with cinnamon spice and cinnamon chips. The sweet yet subtle cinnamon glaze drizzled on top is simply “the icing on the cake”!

Packaged in quantities of 8 for $20.00, available in both regular and mini size and boxed with an ingredient label.

You asked for it! Bursting with juicy blueberries these scones are buttery and moist with crisp edges and soft flakey centers. Topped with sugar and a creamy vanilla glaze. As per all my scones, no dry, heavy or flavorless adjectives used here!!!

Mini (Bundt) Cakes

I’m so happy people have been “discovering” my mini bundt cakes! At the Greendale Farmer’s Market they sell two per bag/$3 or click on the Place Order tab and choose a box of eight/$12. Remember same great taste as my 8” bundt cakes just a different size. I guess you could say same cake different size tastes the same💕💕
