Buttery and tender with a crisp crumbly outside overflowing with cinnamon spice and cinnamon chips. The sweet yet subtle cinnamon glaze drizzled on top is simply “the icing on the cake”!

Peanut Butter Cookies*
I have been baking these oversized peanut butter cookies for years and they are always the first to go on my dessert table. Thick and chewy and ever so slightly crisp on the edges and bottom ….ridiculously satisfying to bite into. Oh, and did I mention they are GLUTEN FREE? I have had such a good reception to my cinnamon glazed gluten free scones that I thought how can I keep these a secret? I can’t and they are now another item in my gluten free category. Don’t be fooled by the label however … this cookie is for EVERYONE!
