On to customer request number two that has turned into another new menu item. A customer and I were discussing how after my biscotti loaves are cut I have both small pieces and ends of the loaves remaining which I often then drizzle with chocolate. Said customer replied “I’d buy those ends”, thus here we are today with my new offering of Biscotti Bites! Packaged in 4-5 ounce bags for $5 – these truly are the perfect crunchy bite size snack! Whether you enjoy them with a glass of milk for a breakfast on the go or dunk them in a steaming cup of hot coffee or tea, as a morning, mid day or evening treat these light textured, crispy cookies won’t disappoint.
