Every time I have expanded my menu it has been due to my amazing customers’ requests. I cannot say enough how successful these suggestions have been – blueberry, lemon & pumpkin scones, followed by a mini version of said scones; coffee cake followed by a mini version of said coffee cake, also known as mini bundts; and, most recently, gluten free cinnamon chip and pumpkin scones, followed by gluten free oversized peanut butter cookies.
